These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and woc4 ("Platform", "We", or "woc4"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or begin using any service provided by woc4.

By accessing woc4.net, downloading the woc4 mobile app, or using any part of our platform, you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.

These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between you and woc4, including account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawal of wins, bonus usage, communications, and all other activities conducted through the woc4 platform.

To register and use the woc4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above or have reached the legal gambling age under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is fully prohibited by law.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• Never having had an account closed or banned by woc4 for fraud, abuse, or prior breach of terms.
• Must be capable of making sound decisions and not be under any pressure or coercion at the time of registration.

Woc4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension while verification is completed. Members found to have provided false information during registration may have their accounts terminated immediately and all pending balances forfeited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at woc4 at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. woc4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification card or passport
• An active email address that you own and can access
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth for age verification
• Preferred currency for your account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. woc4 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via live chat.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of an identification card or passport and proof of current address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

Woc4 supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are processed in real time or within minutes depending on the chosen method.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM 20 per deposit transaction.
• Maximum Deposit Limit: Depending on the chosen payment method and the member's account status.
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: RM 50 per withdrawal request.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. woc4 does not permit transfers through third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method may result in the transaction being declined and the account suspended for further review.

Woc4 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request deemed unusual or suspicious. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorized activity.

Woc4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special festive promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Woc4 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or system exploitation.
• Expiry date applicable to all bonuses. Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Woc4 reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the woc4 bonus system, including but not limited to hedge betting (arbitrage betting) using bonus funds, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All games offered on the woc4 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. The outcome of every game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including woc4 itself.

Members agree to use all games on the woc4 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play on your behalf.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities within the games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Using collusion strategies in poker games or live table-format games.

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game session, woc4 will endeavour to resolve any affected wagers based on recorded server data. In cases that cannot be resolved, the wager amount may be returned to the member's account balance.

Woc4 maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using another person's identity or false information during registration or verification.
• Transferring funds between different woc4 member accounts without authorisation.
• Using the woc4 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Publishing content that is offensive, threatening, or harassing towards other members or woc4 staff.
• Using any technical means to disrupt, attack, or compromise the security of the woc4 platform.
• Sharing or selling your woc4 account to any third party.

Woc4 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities, courts, or law enforcement bodies.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the woc4 customer support team. In cases where account closure is for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion process can be applied immediately.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of Terms, woc4 reserves the right to retain all balances in that account as compensation. For account closures requested by the member without any breach, eligible balances will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

Woc4 provides the platform with best efforts to ensure consistent availability and reliability. However, woc4 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service interruptions or platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the member — all games operate according to set rules and results are final.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Internet service disruptions or device issues on the member's end.

The maximum total liability of woc4 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

Woc4 takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy page. Your data is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption and stored on secure servers.
